Appearance preferences
SongChart's color mode follows your preference — you can choose a fixed light or dark theme, or let the app follow your device's system setting.
Color mode
Find the color mode selector in your profile's Settings tab, under Preferences. Changes apply immediately.
Light
Light background with dark text throughout the app.
Dark
Dark background with light text. Easier on the eyes in low-light environments.
System (default)
Follows your device's appearance setting. If your device switches between light and dark automatically (e.g., based on time of day), SongChart switches with it.
Live mode has its own theme
The color mode here controls the main app UI. SongChart Live has a separate color theme setting (Dark, Light, or High Contrast) that you can adjust from within the Live settings panel.
