Print chart

Print chart generates a print-ready layout of a song's chord chart. You control what's included — arrangement, key, header fields, and how repeats are handled.

Opening the print view

Open a song, then click Print from the song's action menu. A settings panel opens alongside a live preview of the chart. Adjust options on the left and the preview updates in real time.

Options

Arrangement

Choose which arrangement to print. Each arrangement can have a different section order and key override.

Key

Override the key for this print. Defaults to the arrangement's key (or the song's key if no arrangement override is set).

Nashville Numbers

Toggle on to display chords as Nashville Numbers instead of letter names.

Header fields

Choose what appears at the top of the printed chart.

Title

The song's title. On by default.

Artist

The original artist or writer. On by default.

Album art

Only shown if the song has album art set. Toggle to include or exclude it from the header.

Key

Displays the key the chart is printed in. On by default.

Tempo

Displays the BPM. Off by default.

Song map

A compact overview of the arrangement's section order. On by default.

Repeated sections

When an arrangement repeats a section, you have two options for how it appears in print:

Collapsed (default)

The section appears once with a ×N badge indicating how many times it repeats.

Expanded

Each repeat is printed as a full separate section. Useful when musicians need to annotate each pass.

Two-page preview

On desktop, you can enable a two-page preview to see how the chart flows across a printed spread. This is a display aid only — printing itself uses your browser's standard print dialog.
