Creating a team

A team is a shared workspace where members collaborate on songs and setlists. The person who creates the team becomes its first admin and can invite others, manage roles, and control what each member can access.

Create a team

Open the workspace switcher at the bottom of the sidebar and click Create a team. Fill in the following:

Team name (required)

Your team's display name — e.g., "Grace Community Worship" or "Sunday Band".

Slug (required)

A unique URL identifier for your team — e.g., grace-worship. Auto-generated from your team name but editable. Must be 2–50 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens. Cannot be changed later.

Team image

A direct link to a logo or avatar image. Shown in the workspace switcher and on your team's public profile. Optional.

What happens after creating

You're automatically added as the team's first Admin with full permissions. From the team dashboard you can immediately:

Invite members by email

Create songs and setlists in the team workspace

Switch into the team workspace from the sidebar switcher
