Creating a setlist
A setlist is an ordered collection of songs for a specific service or event. You choose which arrangement of each song to use, set any key overrides for the day, and share it with your team.
Create a setlist
From the sidebar, click Setlists, then New Setlist. Fill in the following:
Ownership
Personal or a team. Team setlists can be shared with members and used in live sessions.
Visibility
For team setlists: Private (only you), Team (all members), or Public. Personal setlists are always private.
Name (required)
A label for this setlist — typically the service date or event name (e.g., "Sunday May 25").
Event Date or Pinned
Set an event date for a specific service, or toggle Pinned Setlist for a reusable template with no date. Every setlist must have one or the other.
Setlist types
Event setlist
Has a date. Automatically grouped as Upcoming or Past on the setlist list page.
Pinned setlist
No date — stays at the top of the list permanently. Useful for recurring songs, rehearsal sets, or templates you reuse across services.
