Notifications
Notifications keep you informed about activity that affects you — team invitations, song access requests, draft decisions, and more. They appear in the bell icon in the sidebar and on the Notifications page.
Notification types
Team invitation
Someone invited you to join a team. You can accept or decline directly from the notification.
Access request
Another user is requesting access to a song you own. Accept to grant view access, or decline to leave it unchanged.
Added as collaborator
A song owner added you as a collaborator. You can now view and edit that song.
Added to setlist
You've been added to a setlist as a member. The setlist will now appear in your Live view.
Draft merged
The song owner merged your revision into the live song. Your changes are now live.
Draft discarded
The song owner discarded your revision. The live song is unchanged.
Ownership transferred
A song has been transferred to you. You are now the owner.
Team member joined
Someone accepted your invitation and joined the team.
Actionable notifications
Some notifications require a response — team invitations and access requests. Click the notification to open a detail view, then use the Accept or Decline buttons. Once you respond, the notification is updated with the outcome and can no longer be actioned.
Managing your inbox
Unread — shown with a filled blue dot. Clicking a notification marks it as read.
Mark all read — click the button at the top of the Notifications page to clear all unread indicators at once.
Dismiss — hover over a notification and click the × button to remove it from your inbox entirely.
